Worked example of AI costs – non-binding, no guarantee
A business with 10 employees, of whom 5 use the AI moderately (around 25 requests per person per working day, mostly standard models), comes to roughly €25–40CHF 23–37 in AI costs per month for all of them together, according to our assumptions. Those who use mostly top-tier models are more likely to pay €70–90CHF 65–83. Free models cost nothing. Actual costs depend on your usage, the models chosen and the AI providers' prices, and may differ significantly. A free allowance is included in the monthly price; you only pay the purchase price for anything above that – you set the daily and weekly limits yourself.
Plus one-off costs, which often do not apply
- Windows licences: approx. 135–290 €125–270 CHF per computer
- New, fast computers – with Novinity, old, slow devices are enough, because the work happens on the server
- Company phones just for apps – virtual Android phones (free emulators, unlimited) run in the browser
And what does Novinity cost?
A fixed monthly price for everything that's included. Whatever external service providers charge, we pass on 1:1 – with no mark-up. Only for the AI is a free allowance included in the monthly price.

3. Service provider costs – passed on 1:1

Examples based on list prices (October 2026): 10 people in Germany approx. €15 per month (2 channels at €1.80 plus a flat rate for landlines and mobiles €11.80), 200 people approx. €120 (50 channels €19.95 plus a flat rate with 10,000 minutes €99.50). Switzerland: channel CHF 1, number CHF 1.95, flat rate from CHF 19.40 per month. Minutes beyond the flat rate according to the provider, e.g. 0.9 cents to landlines and 9.9 cents to mobiles. Numbers: in Germany one-off (10 numbers €10–20), in Switzerland monthly (CHF 1.90–1.95 per number, blocks cheaper). On the move, the team makes calls via the app using mobile data.

4. Optional add-ons

- Swiss and German number in the same phone system: included at no extra cost with 24 months, otherwise price on request.
