  Email and Microsoft 365, WhatsApp Business, round-the-clock AI phone answering, and announcements to the team as voice messages.

• Office and documents

  Filing and search across everything. Mobile scanner: photograph pages with your phone – Novinity straightens them, corrects shadows and flattens curled sheets. These become a searchable PDF in your OneDrive. Built-in converters: scans become searchable PDFs, Word becomes PDF, and PDFs can be merged and shared.

• PDF tools

  Everything you know from expensive PDF programmes: edit, create and convert PDFs, merge them, rearrange pages, redact, protect and compress, send for review, fill in and sign. With unlimited saved signatures and stamps, and an audit report showing who applied what – including pasted signature images. Novi summarises long documents.

  Tasks, projects, reminders and routines that handle recurring work automatically.

• Novinitos – workplace in the browser

  A Windows-style interface with files, Office (LibreOffice), Firefox and many Windows programmes – almost everything an office workstation needs, without a Windows licence. You use Microsoft Office via Microsoft 365.

• Virtual Android phones

  No physical devices required: virtual Android phones run on the server and can be operated in the browser – as many as your business needs, with no extra costs. Ideal for apps that only exist for mobile phones.

• Creative area

  Edit images, design graphics, cut videos and edit PDFs – directly in Novinitos, without expensive creative subscriptions. Sign documents yourself and request signatures via link – with status and audit trail, without a signature subscription.

• Send large files

  Send files up to 50 GB via link – through your own OneDrive storage (Microsoft 365), with an expiry date (1 to 30 days). Links can be ended early at any time.

• Older computers are sufficient

  Novinity runs on the server. You only need a browser with current security updates – even older PCs with Linux Mint or ChromeOS Flex are sufficient. 4 GB of RAM is usually enough; under Windows 10/11, 8 GB is better. (Windows 7 and very old iPads are not supported.)

• Telephone system included

  No price per person in Novinity. You only pay for the connection directly with the telephone provider we set up: in Germany under €2, in Switzerland around CHF 2–5 per person making calls per month – for line, number and flat rate. On the move, the team makes calls via the app using mobile data. AI call answering: 1,000 minutes included, beyond that from the AI credit balance.

Data protection first

  Novinity runs in a data centre in Germany (Hetzner) – not with the major US cloud companies.

• Every company isolated

  Each company's data is kept separate from all others. No one sees anyone else's data.

• Secure sign-in

  Sign-in with an authenticator app (two-factor), lockout after failed attempts, encrypted connections.

• You choose the AI providers

  Your data stays on your server. AI requests only go to providers you approve – including those in Europe.

• Routine work without AI

  Sorting, filing, checking and forwarding run on fixed rules – without data ever leaving the premises.

• No advertising, no tracking
